Note
12: Subsequent Events
The
Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date the
financial statements were issued in accordance with Financial
Accounting Standards Board Codification Topic 855, Subsequent
Events.
On
August 5, 2011, the Board of Directors voted to approve a
change in domicile and to change the name of the Company to
Genius Brands International. The matters will be
submitted to shareholders for approval.
