Note 16: Payroll Protection Program Loan

On April 30, 2020, the Company received loan proceeds in the amount of $366,267 under the Paycheck Protection Program which was established as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act and is administered through the Small Business Administration. The Company repaid the outstanding balance, including interest of $3,452 on April 28, 2021.
